See, I wanted to see which party’s members were the best. Most honorable, most compassionate, most intelligent… the whole shebang. And I could think of only one way to determine the moral fiber of each.
Time spent to make yourself happy, or smile at the very least, is never a time wasted.
You don’t hold things in as much as you used to because you know the sting of leaving important words unsaid.
Sure, you can comfort this person and teach them what real love is, but you cannot change their mindset.
There are ways to consciously become a more likeable person without ever having to sacrifice who you really are. There’s a way to be self-aware and authentic.

Because you didn’t grow up with helicopter parents, you learned how to stand on your own two feet. It followed you through middle school, high school, and you knew it would follow you far, far, beyond.
If someone feeds you lines to get something from you, that says more about their personality than the fact that you trusted them.
Some of these are crime-related, some are paranormal, but ALL are 100% terrifying.
When she smiles, you smile. You don’t have to know WHY she’s smiling. Her happiness is contagious. You absorb her every good vibe automatically, by osmosis or something.
“From my nest, I can see her running across the field at the back, kind of limping, pretty sure she was bloodied, fucked up either way, she was about halfway through it when I saw her (big field). I run down to the ground floor and towards the field and she was gone, no sign of her at all.”
It’s okay to be scared, it’s okay to stress, and I’m definitely not the only one who feels like this.
