Get a book and dive into it, whatever type of book it is. Really read the words, let them resonate in your skull. Contemplate what they mean, imagine yourself as the character.
It teaches you that you can’t run away from who you are, you can’t run away from your thoughts, your feelings and the voices in your head. It teaches you that you’re stuck with yourself forever so you might as well love who you are.
There’s something about you that does something to me. It makes it so hard to let you go and walk away.
So, please. For your own sake, don’t be naive. Don’t play along. Don’t respond and don’t dream of him anymore. He isn’t worth your time.
