When you are making the best choices for you, even if that choice is to not have a relationship right now, you’ll never feel alone because you won’t feel like you’re missing something you don’t need at the moment.

What I learned sometimes people need to grow about before they have any chance of growing back together. Sometimes it’s only after you truly lose someone do you understand their value. And if you’re lucky, if you’re really lucky you find your way back to each other again.

When it comes to any relationships you can’t go back. You can only move forward and if this relationship isn’t evolving as you are, it’ll stunt your growth.

The boy you date will tell you chivalry is dead.

They are your best friend. Your only choice. Your better half. The best thing that’s ever happened in your life and everything about them makes you feel safe.

The person who teaches you the most important part of a relationship is how you two overcome the hard parts. How you don’t give up on each other ever. You keep trying because you know this thing is worth it.

Dealing with the wrong love has taught about what’s she’s actually looking for.

It doesn’t really matter where you live or who is around, just that they are. It hits you, home is wherever they are standing that’s next to you.

And if silence could speak it would say, “it shouldn’t have ended this way.”

All that text or call or message is when he reaches back out, is a test. A test to see if you’ve learned from the past if you want any hope of him treating you well in future.

So I stay mute hoping in this silence you’ll miss like I have you, even when you’re standing right next to me. The truth is it hurts like hell missing the ghost of who someone used to be.

I heard it’s been said if you hurt someone and they still look at you in the exact same light as they did before, if they still talk to you with excitement and respect you, it’s love.
