I am slowly learning that my twenties are a decade of growth. I am not meant to be complete. I am not meant to be whole. I am only meant to keep moving forward, to keep stretching outward.

You don’t have to stay friends with your ex — but you can treat him with kindness.

You don’t tell them how much you miss them and then turn them down whenever they ask you to hang out. You don’t flirt with them and then call yourself friends.
