The One Thing You Should Try Changing In Your Life Before This Year Is Over, Based On Your Zodiac Sign

(March 21st to April 19th)

Try to be more patient, especially with the ones you love. You’re always on the go so it’s normal for you to feel antsy when things in life are at a standstill. Remember that life doesn’t always need to be changing in order to be interesting. Love where you are right now, and appreciate it, don’t be in such a rush to move on to whatever’s next.

(April 20th to May 21st)

Try to practice compromising, not in a way that gives up what’s important to you, but on the things you know you’re fighting for just because you don’t want to ‘lose.’ You don’t always have to be right, and you don’t always have to win. Let the little things go because sometimes they’re not worth the time and energy you spend arguing about them.

(May 22nd to June 21st)

Try to bring a little consistency into your life. You may find you have a tough time making important decisions, and it may be because you’re kind of all over the place. Slow down, take a breath, sometimes it feels good to stay in one place.

(June 22nd to July 22nd)

Try to treat yourself a little more. You’re always taking care of everyone else, giving others the love and attention that they need, but what about you? Give yourself the ‘me time’ you know you deserve.

(July 23rd to August 22nd)

Try to stay away from the drama. Drama seems to follow you wherever you go, but that’s probably because you have a way of putting yourself in the middle of it. Next time drama tries to trap you, find an escape. Fill your time with the things that make you happy, not the meaningless things you stress about today and probably won’t even think about tomorrow.

(August 23rd to September 22nd)

Try to be less hard on yourself. Life will provide plenty of unsolicited criticism, so you don’t have to create any extra. You’re good at forgiving others, so try forgiving yourself every once in a while. Don’t feel bad about your mistakes, just learn from them.

(September 23rd to October 22nd)

Try to stand up for yourself when you feel like you should. You don’t have to avoid confrontation at all costs if the confrontation is something that will bring resolution. Don’t let people walk all over you to keep the peace. They’ll be more peace and harmony when you don’t allow people to mistreat you.

(October 23rd to November 22nd)

Try to open up to that person who’s been trying to get you to for a long time. Not everyone is going to break your heart, or turn against you. It’s hard to trust someone new, but closing yourself off only makes you feel more isolated. Togetherness feels so much warmer than feeling lonely.

(November 23rd to December 21st)

Try to think about what you say before you say it. Sometimes you just say what’s on your mind, which is refreshing, but occasionally it can be offensive, and there’s some sensitive people out there. It’s good to speak your mind, but try to be a little more aware of how other people will react to what you’re saying.

(December 22nd to January 20th)

Try to not be so righteous when you’re right. You’re probably used to being right all the time, but try to shove it in everyone’s face a little less. Everyone knows how smart and reliable you are, you don’t need to prove it.

(January 21st to February 18th)

Try to accept your emotions, and actually let them out, whatever they may be. You tend to hide your emotions because emotions freak you out in general, and even though bottling them up makes you feel better, eventually it will wear on your sanity. Let your emotions out, even if it scares you.

(February 19th to March 20th)

Try to take more risks. I know it’s scary, but your comfort zone shouldn’t be where you spend your entire life. Venture outside of it every once in a while. You’ll most likely be pleasantly surprised when you do. Thought Catalog Logo Mark
