We never fall with the intention of falling out. We never fall with the intention of leaving with a broken heart, but we know deep down it’s a possibility.

We cannot hold time, feel time, or see time with any traditional senses. But we can recognize it.

Being this way isn’t a bad thing, and I truly believe humanity would be better off if everyone cared more for others. But it’s important to remember you are allowed and should put yourself and your own needs first.

Just a little outdoors time can replenish you.

There’s a good chance you are being too hard on yourself.

Emotions are natural. Emotions are healing. And emotions are essential for growth.  

In a unique way, friendship is love, and love, as we know, is messy.

It may be one of the tougher choices you have to overcome, but you must choose to love yourself over those feelings of temporary pleasure.

Without action, nothing will happen.

You see, moving forward requires you to find peace with what the past has delivered.

I hope you are strong enough to walk away from these half-loves. I hope you love yourself fully, so you don’t need to compromise and lean on someone else’s love scraps.

Stop chasing things that aren’t helping you and are actually setting you back on your true passions in life more often than not. 

What good will come out of continuing to focus on what’s not working and what appears to be unfair?

Don’t blindside yourself with someone’s half-intentions.

As a young girl, I never imagined I would experience the kind of pain that occurs with a broken heart. But I am no longer a young girl.

A love story you once cherished so tightly and had dreams about, became the exact scenario you have always been scared of.

One day I wish I could repay you for everything you have done for me, but frankly, there is no gift and no perfect equivalent to the amount of impact you have had on my life.

When things in life start to crash slowly, it’s easy to lose sight of reality.
