Maybe relationships end because they have served their purpose in our journey, and maybe we’re meant for something else, something better.

They say if you love someone, let them go. So now I’m setting you free.

Love is an emotion that is confusing, yet beautiful. And I choose to remember my first love that way. I choose to remember you that way.

That term “almost” killed me. “Almost” meant we were everything but. “Almost” implied we could be something great, but never would, never did. “Almost” changed me.

Love the fact that they conquered, and fought their hardest battles on their own.
