And when the final grain of sand escapes into the hourglass of a relationship, we almost demand closure. Ignorant and entitled, we believe closure is our birthright. But what happens when closure is not ours to demand?

No matter how dark the world gets, it can never steal your light.

Go for a walk if you can’t manage a run. Hop on a yoga mat or go for a cycle. Put on a skincare mask or cook for yourself, glass of wine in hand. Read a book that feels like comfort.

Bottom line: we are in no place to judge how someone else chooses to practice self-care. 

Sometimes. Maybe.

I found the person that made me want to be the best version of myself, the person I want to share everything with and the person that I want to make the most out of every second with them.
