We have all dated the guy who is interested in hooking up, and occasionally hanging out together, and keeping it as “casual” as possible. If we are really into the guy, we even pretend to ourselves like this is a real relationship.

She’s still very pretty, but compared to the Barbie we’re used to seeing, she’s much more realistic.

Talking to someone on their 50th wedding anniversary. Talking to someone who has been divorced.

Slowly realizing that you are the same age or older as a lot of the celebrities or fictional characters that you always assumed were way older than you.

Being constantly asked “what’s wrong?” “are you okay?” and “why are you so quiet?” on dates.

“I like a girl who knows how to eat!”

And to think, people go to film school for years and years to be able to make something this creative and tell a story this good.

Sometimes it kind of hurts watching kids who are that talented.
