So much of me is the same except this minor glitch of a chemical imbalance.

She needs someone who is going to challenge her.

My heart hurts for the guys who think they have to change and be an asshole because it seems that’s what girls want.

It’s in those moments where I’m going to push you away from that I actually need you most.

You wouldn’t talk to your best friend the way you talk to yourself, if you did you wouldn’t have a friend and that’s exactly what needs to change.

It is through your love and acceptance they are reminded to love themselves.

Pisces: Your emotions are all over the place.

Find the guy who is going to want to make you be a better woman.

Emotional abuse isn’t one where you’ll see marks or bruises anywhere but on the inside forever shaping and altering the person forever. It’s the unkind words. It’s the verbal threats. It’s the screaming and yelling and fighting.

You’re going to fall for this person and you’re going to wonder how someone didn’t see their value. But you count your blessings for it because then you wouldn’t even have met them in the first place if someone else didn’t lack judgment.

But the honest truth is I’m completely emotionally and physically drained pretending that losing you wasn’t the worst thing to ever happen to me.

They won’t cancel last minute or change plans.

You become a light for others because you know what it’s like to be in that deep.

But what you don’t believe is they are choosing to be here because they want to be.

You used to miss her when she left and tell her not to go.

When you give a dad a daughter, what you’re really giving him is the ability to love someone in a new way he’s never known how.

And you’ll admire her from afar the same way she did you. Waiting. Wishing. Hoping.

I didn’t want to burden you with a love I knew you’d struggle to reciprocate.
