Leadership is something I spend a lot of time thinking about because of my job. I want to do my best so I can be the best example for those that follow me. I like to believe that I train and foster strengths in those that work for me to be better versions of themselves. I believe a good leader is someone that works closely with those that she (or he) supervises and when they are unable to be present, the leader can rest assured that her (or his) employees are just as capable to handle the work.
