You feel like it’s you against the world, but sometimes all you need to do is ask. Ask for someone to talk to, ask for help, or maybe even just ask to go to lunch with someone.

I want a Friday kind of love. The love that is fun, the love you yearn for.

I never once heard you complain about the financial part of it. I can’t even begin to imagine how much money you put into buying all my equipment and paying for tournament fees and club dues, but I’m forever thankful you did it.

The only thing stopping you, is you. Stop waiting for Friday, stop waiting for “tomorrow” and start living right now.

Infatuation is selfish; all we’re doing is only trying to please ourselves for a certain period of time.

There is an uneasiness about 2 AM that makes you think things you wouldn’t think at 2 PM. There is a comfort in the day, being busy, being around friends and family, and having the sun shining on your skin.

I can’t wrap my mind around the person you’ve become because you are not the person I used to know.

I’m not the kind of woman to force a fake smile when something is eating me on the inside. I’m the kind of woman that will tell you and work through it with you.

Their biggest (and only) fault is that they leave us too quickly. They come into our lives for a short period of time to teach us about love and they provide the best examples that no significant other can match.

Independence is liberating, it really is, but so is having someone there for you. Regardless of who it is, it’s about having someone by your side that you can rely on.
