Truthfully, there is nothing I could have done to convince you to stay with me.  

It’s okay that your body is doing all that it can to hold you and allow you to survive. 

I’m going to forget about my broken heart, the unanswered text messages, and the absence of closure, and I’m going to let myself miss you.
