This Teen Decided To Make Her Crush Fall In Love With Her And Documented The Whole Damn Thing On Instagram

What is with this new generation and their amazing ability to be so much less awkward than I was at their age? I truthfully don’t understand. Back in the day, when I had a crush on someone, I was just an awkward mess who mostly just wrote about my feelings in my diary and then never spoke of them again. But not this girl.

When Twitter user Rachel started getting the feels for a shy boy in her math class, she decided to make him fall in love with her — and documented the signs on social media.

She seriously wasn’t kidding.

Sadly, that’s all we got from her Instagram, since these are the only screenshots she tweeted. Still, apparently, it worked.

Now, six months later, they’re a happy couple.

I guess dreams really do come true when you do more than write about them in your freshman year diary!

Unsurprisingly, people were in love with this couple’s love story.

But also it just reminded the rest of us that we’re forever alone.

But whatever, I guess in some ways this girl is giving hope to the rest of us. After all, if you like someone, you just have to let them know. And also probably document it on Instagram. Thought Catalog Logo Mark
