(March 21st to April 19th)
This year own your failures and mistakes, and allow yourself to learn from them. Don’t let them deter you and make you give up, instead use them as fuel to get better and improve. You owe that to yourself not to walk away when things get hard.
(April 20th to May 21st)
This year don’t stop love or caring any less just because someone didn’t treat you the way you should. Keep on showing your heart off the the world, it’s one of your greatest assets.
(May 22nd to June 21st)
This year don’t focus on doing what your parents expect or what your friends are doing or what the media says is cool – this year do what makes you happy. Stop worrying about others and follow YOUR dreams and put yourself first for once.
(June 22nd to July 22nd)
Stop placing the blame on everyone else, if you messed up take responsibilities for your actions. It might be hard at first, but you’ll realize it will always work out better in the long run.
(July 23rd to August 22nd)
Comparing yourself to others will never get you where you want to be. Stop focusing on everyone else and put the focus back on you – if you want something bad enough you’ve got to work for it. And you are capable of achieving it on your own, you just might need to make some adjustments in your life first.
(August 23rd to September 22nd)
You know all that love you’ve always showered other people with? Yeah, this year shower less onto others and more onto yourself. That doesn’t make you greedy, it makes you care for yourself in places that you usually lacked. Your needs should be at the top of your list, not behind everyone else’s.
(September 23rd to October 22nd)
This year don’t do things that don’t fill your soul. This is the year you start standing up for yourself and going after what you want. Quit your desk job and find a passion. Stop dating your losing boyfriend and learn to love yourself. Let go of all the things you feel are pulling you down and live the life you really want to be living – it’s not too late.
(October 23rd to November 22nd)
This year it’s time to let go worrying about what other people think of you because if I’m being totally honest they aren’t thinking about you. Unless you’re someone like Kim Kardashian no one is constantly thinking about you, you’re just not that important. So stop focusing on other people and just do what makes you happy. It’s not the end of the world if you’ve gained five pounds or aren’t driving your dream car. You’re still young, you’ve still got time so make the most of it.
(November 23rd to December 21st)
This year try to work on the mentality that if it won’t matter if a year that it’s nothing to get worked up over. It really does help and the bagel shop running out of bagels before you got there isn’t the end of the world, neither is that car that pulled into the parking spot you wanted. It’s all going to be okay because it’s just the little things.
(December 22nd to January 20th)
This year stop trying to make people feel sorry for you because the truth is people can only take so much before they’re completely fed up. No one is going to hand you anything in life so you need to work hard for it. Stop half-assing your life and dive in head first.
(January 21st to February 18th)
This year start thinking about others more. You are very wrapped up in what you want that sometimes you forget to think about others. Once you start putting others first you will feel the overwhelming amount of love that will fill the voids you’ve tried replacing with materials for so long.
(February 19th to March 20th)
You are smart, it’s time to stop underestimating yourself. You are capable of so much, it’s time to stop talking yourself down and really let your talents shine. Have more confidence and it will lead you to where you really want to be. But if something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t so know when enough is enough and walk away.
