Aries: March 21st – April 19th

Once you get something in your head, you always go through with it. It’s only a matter of time. So instead of waiting until you get wasted and your impulses kick in, you should write out that text now. Send him something that makes sense, with the words you actually want to use, instead of waiting until you’re drunk off your ass and accidentally send him a message littered with errors.

You want to live a life with no regrets, right? In order to do that, you have to take risks. You have to text him, even if that means that you might get rejected. Wouldn’t you rather know for sure that he doesn’t want anything to do with you than spend the rest of the month wondering what would happen if you reached out to him? You’ll be upset if he hurts you, but you’ll be even more upset if you have to keep wondering what-if.

You know how badly you want to talk to him. So instead of lying to yourself about how you don’t care about him, instead of playing games and waiting for him to make the first move, just be bold and reach out to him. Why waste time living in denial when you could be spending your time actually talking to the person you’ve been secretly dying to talk to?

You’re a hopeless romantic. You know you won’t be satisfied unless you try your hardest to woo him, to officially make him yours. Besides, you spend all of your free time daydreaming about talking to him — so you might as well actually talk to him. Give it a shot. Do it in the name of love. You know you want to.

You might as well text him, because nothing bad can come from it. You know your worth. You can get over any rejection. Even if he ignores you or gives you a one-word answer, you’ll get over it soon enough. You’ll find someone else, someone who realizes how valuable you are. You won’t let him ruin your day.

Stop overthinking. Stop rewriting your sentences because they weren’t good enough the first time. Stop imagining what he’s going to say back to you. Just take a chance.

Texting him is scary, but it’s not as scary as walking up to him in person and having a conversation face-to-face. At least this way you have time to plan out what to say. At least this way you don’t have to worry about blushing or stumbling over words. Be happy you have such an easy way to reach him. Be happy you can send him a quick text.

You’re strong. You’re brave. Think of all the badass things you’ve done throughout your life. Sending a text is nothing compared to what you’ve accomplished in the past. It’s time to conquer the fear of making the first move like you’ve conquered everything else.

It’s just a text. It isn’t a marriage proposal. It isn’t even an admission of your feelings for him. It’s just a text. Stop making it into a bigger deal than it really is. Stop psyching yourself out.
