The season 6 premiere starts off with the best and most important part of the show: The face of my future boyfriend, or as some of you call him, Jon Snow. Unfortunately, Jon is dead, and he stays that way for the rest of the episode. Still, I’m hopeful that he’ll come back to life eventually.

At one point, my relationship with my father was such a struggle that I assumed we’d be estranged as soon as I moved out of my parents’ house. Thankfully, the older I got, the more my father and I managed to understand each other.
