What are you brave enough to watch this August?
A sorority house massacre, a crazed killer on the loose near a remote cabin, and a maniac who attacks the guests of a seedy motel one by one.
When it comes to movies, it’s very rare to come across a genuinely terrifying movie that doesn’t rely on tropes and stereotypes and that doesn’t take their audience for innocent little dweebs.
“The zombies in George Romero’s movies are us. They’re hungry. Monsters are us, the dangerous parts of us. The part that wants to destroy.”
I’ll be honest and say that as a twenty-six year old woman, this documentary made me absolutely terrified of this imaginary being that I really knew nothing about before watching.
“1408: You never see the actual evil entity — the room itself is evil, and provided most of us spend a lot of time in rooms, it makes you paranoid.”
If you liked ‘You’re Next’ and ‘The Strangers’, you’ll like this one.
Netflix and Kill, anyone?
“Teeth: I kept recommending this movie to my friends, but no one had the balls to watch it.”
This is one of the scariest movies from the past 10 years and no one talks about it.
