The 4 Best Cancer Zodiacs In TV History
It’s Cancer season, everyone grab their Kleenex because it’s about to get emotional!
Just kidding, but the mark of a Cancer is that they wear their emotions on their sleeves, will do anything to help their closest loved ones, and are highly intuitive. You can’t get anything past a Cancer because they notice the small details. They are also highly loyal and protective over those they care about. While a Cancer can be moody and insecure, they are also incredibly positive and nurturing and love so deeply. Cancers are complex, but what human isn’t? Here’s a list of the 4 best Cancers to bless your TV screens.
Elena Gilbert (June 22)

Elena Gilbert from The Vampire Diaries is so totally a Cancer. She is incredibly loyal (even when she shouldn’t be), compassionate (to a fault), and highly emotional. Throughout the series, she is constantly putting everyone else’s needs above her own and always to her own detriment. She falls in love hard and fast and is willing to die (and does) for those she loves. When she becomes a vampire, she tries to turn off her feelings because she can’t bear to hurt anyone, but suddenly realizes that she isn’t living if she doesn’t have emotions.
Miranda Bailey (June 25)

My favorite doctor from Grey’s Anatomy is Miranda Bailey, and despite her tough exterior, she is a Cancer through and through. Cancers are represented by the symbol of a crab, which is exactly what Bailey is. On the outside, she’s tough as nails and doesn’t break, but on the inside she is soft and has just as many emotions as the rest of us. She is a truly loving wife and mother and will put her neck on the line to support and save her friends.
Spongebob Squarepants (July 14)

Everyone’s favorite sea sponge, Spongebob, is totally a Cancer. Spongebob is the ultimate best friend, always supporting Patrick, standing by Squidward even when he’s a meanie head, and always having Mr. Krabs back even when Mr. Krabs is kind of a jerk. Spongebob often gets taken advantage of due to his big heart and fierce loyalty, but it never makes him want to change. He sometimes thrives off the drama, but you can’t deny that Spongebob is a pure-hearted Cancer.
Ann Perkins (July 20th)

We love Ann Perkins just as much as Leslie Knope does, it’s impossible not to. Parks and Rec showcases just how much of a Cancer Ann is. She is incredibly nurturing, patient, and kind. No matter how Ann is going through, she always is there for Leslie and her meltdowns. Ann is always there for the people on Parks and Rec that need her, and her loyalty to them never fades. Ann is even a nurse in the show, which embodies the caretaker in all Cancers.
