What To Watch On July 3, 2025: Sandman and Community Return To Streaming
We’re all going to be soaking up the sun tomorrow for the big July 4th holiday, so today’s the perfect day to stay inside and binge some TV. We have beloved oldies and new releases queued up just for the occasion!
Check out what’s happening today in streaming below—
The Sandman Season 2 hits Netflix
The adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s graphic novel is back with it’s second and final season, which is releasing in two volumes. One today, a second on July 24th, and a bonus episode premiering on July 31st. Dream will face a reckoning with his past, and the consequences of his choices, especially relating to Nada, Lyta, and his son, Orpheus. We’ll see new characters like Destiny, Delirium, Puck, Destruction, and Wanda, as well as old favorites Lucifer, Death, Desire, and Despair.
Community returns to Hulu

Joel McHale, Donald Glover, and Alison Brie are back on Hulu, where you can relive the magic of Community, or binge the series for the first time ahead of it’s movie release, planned for later this year. The series followed a group of students at Greendale Community College from their start as a study group through their evolution into a chaotic chosen family, and was lauded for it’s meta-humor and genre-parody episodes.
Notable Anniversaries: Back To The Future

Marty McFly will forever be one of our favorite Hollywood heroes, and the first film in the franchise turns 40 today. Relive the magic of the time traveling DeLorean, Marty’s awkward interactions with his own teenaged parents, and that epic guitar solo decades ahead of its time.
