Amazon has a lot of critically acclaimed sci-fi this month. Below I’ll list the best ones, but before we do that here are the links to some other great sc-fi that is included with Prime Video right now.

Okay, anyway, onto my list of the best ones. Let’s do it.

Dark City (1998)

Why Watch It? An atmospheric neo-noir sci-fi film for lovers of sci-fi fans that love powerful world-building and gripping mystery. A classic film from the late 90s.

Donnie Darko (2001)

Why Watch It? A time travel movie? A teenage horror movie? A superhero movie? Donnie Darko defies genre and it’s one of the most interesting films ever made, and lucky for us it’s free with Amazon right now.

Mr. Nobody (2009)

Why Watch It? Jared Leto. But also because Mr. Nobody offers a fascinating sci-fi exploration of life’s “what if” moments. The film weaves together multiple timelines and possibilities, creating a rich tapestry of human choices and their consequences.
