You should find someone who returns your favors, who matches your passion.
Sometimes, people are going to take advantage of your soft heart. They’re going to see how much attention you give them, see how transparent you are with them about your feelings, and they’re going to use your openness against you. They’re going to use your feelings against you. They’re going to manipulate you into sticking around with them for longer than they deserve. They’re going to say all of the right things at all of the right times because it’s easy to get forgiveness from you.
Sometimes, soft hearts aren’t appreciated. Sometimes, you’re going to feel like you’re alone in the world of modern dating, you’re going to feel like there isn’t anyone else out there as authentic as you, as committed as you, as annoyed with games as you.
