(March 21st to April 19th)
You’re stressed out because you always pile a hundred things on your plate and it makes you feel like you’re drowning (by choice, at times). While you try to tackle the world all you’re really doing is burning yourself out, which, in turn, makes you very unproductive. What you can do about it is find a healthy way to decompress after you finish working. The world won’t burn to the ground if you step away from work after you put in your 40 hours. Find a healthy habit to indulge in that will help you ease your mind.

You’re stressed out because you’re TERRIFIED of failure and the possibly of upsetting the people in your life. Not being good at something is the worst thing in your mind, but you have to realize everyone fails and it is okay. It’s part of life. Just like you have to realize you will disappoint someone in your life every now and then, it’s impossible to make everyone happy. It’s another part of life. What you can do about it is become comfortable in your own skin and acknowledge your worth. When you know you are doing the best you can, you will feel less like a failure and you will stop comparing yourself to others so much. You will stop worrying so much about disappointing the people in your life because you will be more self-aware of what you need and it will help you accept that you can’t always please people.
(May 22nd to June 21st)
You’re stressed out because routine bores the hell out of you, so you make impulsive decisions all the time. You find yourself in situations you shouldn’t be in because at the time you convince yourself it was a good idea. To help ease your stress, you can travel to constantly indulge in new experiences. If travel isn’t an option, then read books or watch movies that stimulate your mind to help you get that rush while also somewhat relaxing and taking things slow in your life.
(June 22nd to July 22nd)
You’re stressed out because you’re lacking that comfort and routine you need to thrive. When your daily routine is shook up it makes you feel stressed, overwhelmed and anxious. Don’t ignore these feelings because it will only make you feel more stressed out, but acknowledge them then take a step back, breathe and surround yourself with people who make you feel safe and loved. Cooking can also be a great way for you to relief some of the stress that is eating at you.

You’re stressed out because you feel like you need to be in constant control and you can’t bear it when you’re not. It stresses you out even more when you’re in a situation with someone who is the same way. The best way to free yourself from this trapped feeling is by being active and burning some energy to help you de-stress. It is okay if someone else takes the wheel for a little bit, you just need to work on believing it.

You’re stressed out because you are constantly in your own head overthinking every little thing. You become your own worst enemy when you do things like this because you crave perfection and things to be done your way. The best way to cope with stress from this is to turn your mind off to the best of your ability. Go be creative in some way that you know you aren’t the best at. If you’re a painter, try photography. If you’re a writer, try making jewellery. Turn your mind off from your own craft and find a distraction that still allows you to express yourself the way you need, but will help you de-stress immensely.

You’re stressed out because you HATE imbalance. You need things to be fair and everyone to get along, and when they don’t it causes you crippling amounts of stress. The best way to handle this stress is by indulging in things you love completely. Read a book, take a bath, go to your favorite cafe, listen to your favorite music – just do what makes you feel the most relaxed. Find that balance and don’t allow yourself to become to isolated or too involved. Realize when it’s time to take a step back and focus on you. You can’t maintain constant balance in your life at all times.
(October 23rd to November 22nd)
You’re stressed out because you hate feeling exposed in any sense of the word. You keep to yourself and you hate when other people don’t do the same. Your privacy is huge, you like keeping your walls up and you hate feeling vulnerable. You feel overwhelmed and stressed out when you feel like people are being invasive. The best way to cope with your stress from situations like this is to indulge in some mystery. Maybe read your favorite mystery novel, check out Creepy Catalog or watch some Criminal Minds. It will help take your focus off yourself and your own emotions.
(November 23rd to December 21st)
You’re stressed out because of society. You hate being told what to do, when to do it, how to act or what you should do because it’s “socially acceptable.” You get stressed when you’re living in a routine. It stresses you out and you don’t understand how people do it because it’s not who you are. The best way for you to cope with this stress is by surrounding yourself with amazing, like-minded company. Break out of this “norm” you feel you’re stuck in and go adventure. Take a personal day at work to go to the mountains, book a random weekend flight, start a business and become your own boss. Find something that fills you and make you happy, it will help you feel less like you’re living in a bubble.
(December 22nd to January 20th)
You’re stressed out because you put too much pressure on yourself. You set deadlines for yourself and beat yourself up if you don’t meet them. You feel stressed out if you don’t have enough work. You always feel you should be doing more work, be more responsible, be more grown up. It is okay if you don’t accomplish everything right this second. It really is okay. What you can do to help ease your restless mind is read and make lists. Make a list of things you have to do to help you feel more together, organized and on top of things.
(January 21st to February 18th)
You’re stressed out because of other people. You hate feeling pressured but give into things you don’t want to do way too easily because you don’t like upsetting people but it often leads you to feeling stressed. The best way for you to deal with this is to take a step back, say no and go experience new things on your own. Being alone refreshes you and it helps you fulfill those urges you have to learn and experience new things in life.
(February 19th to March 20th)
You’re stressed because you feel too much is expected of you. It makes you feel extremely overwhelmed and it makes you want to shut down. You feel like nothing you do is good enough and it makes you want to run away into your own world and hide forever. The best way to deal with this stress is to take yourself out of the situation you’re in. Go for a walk, try meditating or write out what you’re going through. Pisces are very mindful and you need to really experience and think through what you’re going through in order for you to put your stress behind you.
