Read This If You’re Physically, Mentally and Emotionally Exhausted
You’re fed up with the way you’re living your life, but how can you change your life for the better if you keep thinking that you have a bad life?
You’re probably unmotivated to do anything school or work-related right now. You’re physically, mentally and emotionally isolated. You don’t feel like talking to people to the point where you blatantly ignore them or snap at them out of nowhere. You don’t wanna eat; you eat only once, sometimes twice a day these past few weeks. You’ll have days where you sleep peacefully, but then the next few days you’ll have trouble falling asleep.
You’re probably coupled with some family issues, love problems or even work, and this is why you’re tired and exhausted – and because you’re tired and exhausted, you’re unhappy. You’re fed up with the way you’re living your life, but how can you change your life for the better if you keep thinking that you have a bad life?
While you can’t force yourself to have fun, maybe you can push yourself to do things that relax or energize you, even when you don’t feel like it. Who knows? You might be surprised at how much better you feel after.
Get up and get out of your room because it’s not yet the end of the world. Right now, someone also feels the exact same way that you do because this is reality – and it’s not supposed to be easy because the truth is, even if it was that easy, we would still complain about something.
Things are going to get better eventually. You just have to be patient because like what others say, in the end you become happy. And if you’re not, well then I guess it’s not yet the end.
