Spring is kind of starting to be sprung and the snow and ice is melting, so naturally those of us who deal with winter weather are finally starting to feel like a real human again.
We can remove ourselves from our couch rot where we watched the same comfort shoes over and over again because it was too difficult to search for something new to watch. Luckily for you, I have a list of new streaming shows that will be coming to your TVs this March. So, now it’s time to get cracking on new starts. Get to cleaning your enclosure from the winter, light a candle, and kick back and enjoy one of these new shows.
Daredevil: Born Again
Daredevil: Born Again is a continuation of the show Daredevil, and allows Charlie Cox to return to his role as Matt Murdoch in this Marvel TV series. In Born Again, Murdoch fights for justice as a lawyer in NYC. Unfortunately for him, former crime boss Wilson Fisk is pursuing the title of Mayor for his beloved city. Their two paths cross and their past identities seep into the present as their worlds collide. Daredevil: Born Again will be streaming March 4th on Disney+.
The Leopard
On March 5, The Leopard will be hitting your TV screen and it’s going to be a truly dazzling book-to-TV adaptation set in Sicily. The Leopard takes place during the 1860s revolution as the Prince of Salina is tested between securing his family’s legacy and prioritizing matters of the heart. You can stream The Leopard on Netflix when it releases.
Dope Thief
Dope Thief is a crime drama set to release on March 14. Dope Thief follows two lifelong delinquent friends in Philly while they pose as DEA agents to rob a house. Of course, nothing goes to plan and the house they choose to rob unravels a huge narcotics corridor that puts them in harm’s way. Dope Thief will be streaming on Apple TV+.
Good American Family
Good American Family follows the true story and perspectives of Natalia Grace and her adoptive parents. A loving family adopts who they believe to be a child with a rare form of dwarfism. The family believes the girl to be 8 years old, but there is a ton of mystery around her age and background, and things start to not add up. This bizarre mini series will release March 19 on Hulu.
Happy Face
Happy Face is a true crime drama series adapted from the iHeartPodcasts episode of the same name. The show is about a 15-year-old girl who discovers her father is a serial killer. After dealing with the fallout from that tragedy, she grows up and continues on with her life until her incarcerated father finds a way back in. Now, she must uncover more secrets about her father, her childhood, and how to potentially get an innocent man off death row. Happy Face will be streaming March 20th on Paramount+.
