Pride & Prejudice Will Hit Theaters Once More For Its 20th Anniversary This April
By Nina Sterle
2005’s Pride & Prejudice starring Keira Knightly has long been a comfort film for romance fans and Jane Austen readers alike. It’s safe to say that it’s one of the most beloved period films of all time, which explains why so many fans were completely devastated when Pride & Prejudice was removed from Netflix in 2023. It fortunately made its triumphant return across many streaming services — and now, it’s coming to an even bigger screen near you.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the film, it will be getting a limited re-release in theaters. Beginning on April 20th (a fitting date), it will enjoy a brief re-run. Tickets are already available to reserve in some areas.
For the dedicated fans, new merchandise will also be available to celebrate the 20th anniversary. There will be a vinyl release of the soundtrack, as well as a line of specialized merchandise released by Focus Features — such as the Pride & Prejudice tote bag and sticker set, for example.

Specific dates and times can vary by theater. As of now, the earliest possible showtime to reserve is April 18th, while the latest is April 24th, though this may vary by both date and time depending on your location. Regal and AMC theaters seem to have the widest span of dates and times for the re-release currently, though Pride & Prejudice has also been confirmed to be showing at select Cinemark locations.
