The American author Stephen King wrote this book called It. In the 1980’s, I think? Or maybe it was the 1970’s, I can’t say for sure. But King definitely was the author. He writes scary shit that I’m way too afraid to read, but he’s apparently the best. I wish I was braver.

Anyway, so It. It’s a novel. It’s a big book. A very big book. It’s about some freaky ass clown named Pennywise. He’s an alien or something? He lives in the gutter and comes out every 20 years and kills as many kids as he can in this small town. I think he can transform into different things? To make the kids come into the gutter? I know he could tempt me with Olive Garden or something, but hey, this isn’t about me.

In the trailer, this little kid is running in the rain after a boat and it flows into the gutter and then there’s Pennywise. He gives this demonic grin that I honestly don’t think any kid would trust, but I’m not gonna critique the King or anything.

Anywho, so he goes missing and parents put up posters and stuff and I’m guessing he’s someone’s little brother or at least had friends cause this group of children go on this mission to find him. And then they go into the gutters to find him and then at one point there’s writing in blood on the wall and lots of screaming and Pennywise has a really scary laugh? I don’t know, man. I think they make it out? But maybe not. I don’t know, I hope so, I love a happy ending.
