I can’t believe how far we have come. When we first got together, I had no idea that we would last this long and get through so much together. Adversity and trouble have not defeated us but rather bonded us deeper and made us more committed in our devotion to each other. Time has not changed us but allowed us to grow side-by-side.
When I look at you, I feel like I must have done something right to be able to meet and fall in love with you. Love has always been a bumpy ride, full of hurdles and a series of heartbreaks. I can imagine our family welcoming another little human who looks like you and me combined and growing old with you.
