A curmudgeonly judge named Stefan is confined to a wheelchair after a stroke, and he quickly learns that the facility he is recuperating in is also home to Dave and his puppet, Jenny Pen. By night, Dave tortures his fellow residents, and he shows a particular interest in Stefan.
