The Rule of Jenny Pen
The Rule of Jenny Pen is a nightmarish movie set inside an assisted living facility. A curmudgeonly judge named Stefan is confined to a wheelchair after a stroke, and he quickly learns that the facility he is recuperating in is also home to Dave and Dave’s puppet, Jenny Pen. By night, Dave tortures his fellow residents, and he shows a particular interest in Stefan.
The Rule of Jenny Pen is now playing in a limited number of theaters. It begins streaming on Shudder on March 28th.
Bloat
Bloat is about a father, Jack (Ben McKenzie), whose son nearly drowns in a pond while on a trip to Japan. Back home, the boy begins exhibiting strange behavior which prompts Jack to investigate via his computer. When the signs point to Jack’s son being possessed by a spirit of Japanese folklore, the worried father must take action before it’s too late.
Bloat is currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video for digital rental or purchase.
Silent Zone
A decade into the zombie apocalypse, a soldier and the young woman he rescued from the jaws of the undead work together as they trek across the land. As they try to reach the safety of a colony, their journey becomes even more difficult when they come across people who won’t survive without their help.
Silent Zone is currently streaming on FlixFling as a digital rental.
