Love, Death & Robots Volume 4

At Long Last: Netflix Drops First Teaser for Love, Death & Robots Season 4

By

After a three-year silence, Love, Death & Robots is finally back—and Netflix just dropped the first teaser for season four. It’s about damn time.

When season one hit in 2019, the adult animated anthology exploded in popularity, building a die-hard fanbase and earning critical acclaim. Seasons two and three followed with tighter episode counts but higher Rotten Tomatoes scores—proving quality over quantity. And now, the fourth installment is on the way, landing May 15, 2025.

Each standalone episode of Love, Death & Robots spins a totally original sci-fi, horror, or comedy tale—brought to life by a different animation studio every time. Think of it as the ultimate sampler of cutting-edge adult animation, from the hilarious to the harrowing to the downright jaw-dropping.

Fans griped when seasons two and three shrank to eight and nine episodes (season one had eighteen!), but season four bumps the count up to ten. Better? A little. Enough? Probably not. But Netflix knows what kind of monsters we are—ending the teaser with a perfectly cheeky: “You’re f*cking welcome.”

Yes. Yes we are. We’ll be binging the moment it drops.

New here? Stream the first three seasons now—just in time to catch the fourth.
