A Short Prayer To Ask God To Reignite The Light He Placed Inside You

God has placed a light within each of us, and even when it feels dim, we are still illuminating His glorious light. Here is a short prayer to recite when you feel you’ve lost your spark.

Dear God, thank you for reigniting the light inside of me so that I can illuminate the world around me. I sometimes struggle to share it, hiding my own light out of fear of being seen or becoming too prideful. Today, I ask you to give me courage to be visible in my faith, to illuminate darkness in specific ways that only I can.

Help me remember that Jesus didn’t say I should become light, but that I already am the light of the world. Allow me to embrace this identity with both confidence and humility, so that I can faithfully inspire others to rediscover their own inner light. Thank you for entrusting me with the privilege of creating a beautiful ripple effect of transformation in a world that needs light.
