Summer’s all about new movies, right?

We’ve already seen the release of heavy hitters like Jurassic World Rebirth and Superman, but that doesn’t mean we’re done. Two big movies are coming to theaters today and it may make you want to leave the house. (I know I’m particularly excited about the first one.) Plus, there’s a season finale for Drag Race All-Stars fans.

A new era of I Know What You Did Last Summer begins

It’s been nearly 30 years since I Know What You Did Last Summer came out and it still remains one of the best slasher horror movies of the 1990s. Well the series is back with a new movie coming to theaters today, and a new batch of 20-somethings are ready to be stalked for what they did. We even get some cameos from Freddie Prinze Jr. and Jennifer Love Hewitt!

What do you get when you pit Joaquin Phoenix and Pedro Pascal against each other? The new neo-western from A24, Eddington. Set during the pandemic about a desert town struggling with change and the mayoral race that ignites tensions, it likely has the slow burn A24 is most known for.
