We’re deep in summer and you know what that means: Everyone’s talking about sharks.

Whether it’s the people on the beach who fear being nibbled by the most fearsome sea predator or your dad talking about how great the original Jaws was, sharks are clearly on the mind. And that’s never been more true than today when Disney+ releases five different shark-related shows and specials. So if you’re in the mood for something with a lot of teeth, we’ve got you covered.

Not one, not two, not even four new shark shows. Disney+ decided to be extra today and release five shows and specials. Here’s what you can expect from the streaming service.

Sharks Up Close with Bertie Gregory / Disney+

For shows, we have three to choose from. In conjunction with National Geographic, Investigation Shark Attack provides a six-episode deep-dive into what makes a shark a fierce predator, from the psychology to the triggers.

Shark Quest: Hunt for the Apex Predator features two episodes looking into what it’s like to be hunted by a shark. With true stories of real shark attacks, it’ll make you look at the water a little differently.

Much like birds and whales, sharks migrate throughout the year. Super Shark Highway’s six episodes follow the migration patterns of sharks.

Then there are two solo specials: Sharks of the North, which hopes to dispel some of the fears the public has about this special sea animal, and Sharks Up Close with Bertie Gregory about a fearless diver who swims with the sharks without a cage.

What we’re talking about

Happy watching!
