Saldana is Cataleya, a woman who has spent the better part of her life preparing to take revenge on the people who killed her parents. Some people might roll their eyes at the slick brand of action Colombiana displays, but it’s great fun for fans of spectacle and style in their action movies.

The Shadow Strays (2024)

Filled with over-the-top action sequences and a fair amount of blood, The Shadow Strays is an underseen gem. The story is about a 17-year-old assassin who takes orders from a large organization of killers. While on suspension after a mistake on a mission, the girl, known simply as Thirteen, undertakes her own mission when her young neighbor is kidnapped.
