We have so much goodness and love to give, yet I know many are afraid to receive it. It’s overwhelming. It makes us vulnerable, and it may be fleeting.

To this day, I still ask myself: Of all the lives of 8 other billion people in this world, why was it mine you had to walk into? And of all 7.9 billion other feelings to trample upon, why did you choose mine?

So, never ever take a person’s choice to invest in you for granted. Invest in those who invest in you.

Love is when you give without expectations or seeking anything in return.

He’s the one who leaves me, wishing that they were him.

Your arms wrapped around me, under the sheets till noon. Holding me tightly ignoring the snooze. 

I just need this time to live, live for myself because I never did. 

Eight days to turning 26, yet I’m stuck here wondering what the hell I’ve done with my life up to this point.
