Every year, Freeform releases their schedule for their “31 Nights of Halloween.” It’s a fun tradition, watching spooky movies every day of October in the lead-up to everyone’s favorite candy-filled holiday.

Currently smack-dab in the middle of a lifelong battle with chronic migraines, I’ve come to learn that those who haven’t directly experienced the struggle really have no idea what we’re dealing with.

There’s no proof someone can see, so they don’t believe you. That’s the thing: If you’ve never experienced a migraine, you might not know how truly debilitating it is.
