A Reminder That You Are Exactly Where You’re Supposed To Be In Life

You know that feeling of thinking you should have it all together? That feeling that you should be farther along in life? That always-present voice telling you that you should have more, be more, do more? Yeah, go ahead and throw all of that away. Stomp on those feelings until all you have left are shattered pieces of old thought patterns that once existed.

If all of our lives looked exactly the same, then how would the uniqueness of our souls have the chance to shine? One person may be called to follow their true passions and start their own company while another may be called to stability and consistency in their corporate job. One person may be in a season of exploring how to grow and flourish in their single life while another is learning how to be the best partner in a relationship. One person may be enjoying settling down with children, a house, and dog while another is relishing in being able to travel the world, stay out late, and having nothing tying them down.

Where you are in life is exactly where you are supposed to be. You are not one step behind and you will get to your next destination in perfect timing. Every experience, whether beautiful or hard, is leading you down the specific path created just for you. You have an irreplaceable energy and personality and light and story to offer, so please, don’t sell the world short by refusing to share these gifts with it.

When you’re able to fully embrace the emotions and experiences and overall stage of life that you’re currently in, you will be able to radiate confidence and joy in a way that is contagious to all. You will be filled with an overwhelming sense of peace knowing that everything is happening for you. Your heart and mind will at last be able to find ecstasy within the contentment.  TC mark
