Keep Going, Beautiful

Don’t you dare doubt yourself or how far you’ve come.

Don’t you ever stop using your voice to stand up for yourself and the people you love and the strangers in this world who are too afraid to talk.

I know things may suck big time right now, but you’re doing what you need to do, and I’m proud of you.

Don’t you ever stop being you. You are not too loud or too bold or too brave. You are not too much, you are exactly enough for the people that are meant to love you.

Don’t you dare for one single second listen to the voices in your head that come from those who don’t love you.

Don’t you believe what they’ve been trying to convince you of your entire life.

I know it feels like you’ve been treading water for months and you’re not sure where the strength will come from to keep fighting, but it will all work out one day, I swear to you.

There are days when you’re strong and surrounded by light and love and friendship. And there are other days when you feel completely alone, like no one understands at all. But you are truly never alone.

Take time to notice the real friends who show up, because they are your strength right now.

Stop making yourself small because you’re afraid to speak up. Stop beating yourself up for the mistakes you’ve made, because you are so much more than a silly mistake.

You have one of the most beautiful hearts In the entire world, and even though your life has never been easy, you’ve somehow managed to remain beautiful, even when you’ve been completely broken.

You’ve experienced more pain and more rejection and more heartache than some people do in their entire lives. You’ve been through hell and back so many different times that you think it’s normal.

And it is normal for you, but only because all of your pain will serve a purpose very soon. Your story will help a lot of other people heal their hearts. God’s got big, amazing things planned for you because you were brave enough to listen to him.

I know you wish this was all over, and I know that people have no idea what you’re actually going through right now, but it’s all going to be different one day. Please know God made you this way for a reason. You were given a voice because you’re bold enough to use it.

You don’t need to change a single thing, because you weren’t made to fit in. You were made to make a difference in this world.

Don’t you dare let the passion in your heart ever die out, and don’t you ever apologize for being you.

The world needs more love and light and fire and passion and spunk, and you, my dear, have all of the above.

Follow your heart, sweet girl, and know that you are fully supported and surrounded by the love and the light and that one day very soon you will be completely free.
