In 1999 there was an indictment against the Ramseys for two counts of child neglect that resulted in the death of JonBenét. However, District Attorney Alex Hunter refused to sign off on the documents stating lack of evidence, and therefore they were never actually indicted and/or prosecuted.

I was told that I couldn’t actually be charged with anything, but talking about my interactions with Graham publicly could change that. However, they never said anything about putting my story in writing.

Sammy was always there.

No suspects, no new evidence, nothing to bring this case to a close.

Death is what we fear, but to some people, it’s their drug. To murder is to feel, and to feel is to live, one might say.
