There are actually a lot of deep psychological and even physiological reasons for why this fails, but mostly it comes down to this: that person is not yet ready to change.
Aside from only really being able to function in the present, your gut instinct is also quiet. The “little voice” within is just that… little.
You gradually shift your entire perspective on life.
Trust it. Awareness. Curiousness. Belief. Leap. Change.
Jealousy is a tell-tale sign that you subconsciously feel like you deserve awards, accomplishments, praise, others’ approval, and other forms of external validation.
I am not certain change will solve everything.
Just like the ocean, you don’t need a reason to be powerful, stunning, mysterious, or beautiful beyond the reach of words.
Write down what you hope to let go of and burn or shred the paper afterward.
We don’t always know how we talk to ourselves, so take the time to be more mindful of how you sound internally.
