Writing is boring. It’s unnatural. It’s basically sitting and staring at a screen and typing into a keyboard.
An addiction memoir for girls who suspected those that talk about how their lives have changed because of yoga or green juice or jesus to be completely full of shit.
And in that, I am free.
I read a lot. Two months into 2017 and I have read around 40 books so far. There was a point in my life where I read 25 books per week.
On May 30th, 2017, I had the distinct pleasure of sitting down with Brandon Woelfel at Classic Color, a print shop in Chicago where Thought Catalog Books is producing his first full-color photography book, Luminescence.
I feel a big “fuck you” to the system. To red tape.
To “the way it is just because it’s the way it is”.
To people’s willingness to lay down and die in a life that is parched dry of the authenticity of their souls.
A writer I shall forever be.
You are the Sirius who inspired me to keep fighting while the Slytherins awaited my downfall.
So fight it. A lot depends on whether you win the battle. Hopefully these books will help.
