Sometimes I feel like I have to be the strong one, the dependable one, the one who has it all together, most if not all of the time, and other times I really just want to scream at the top of my lungs, “I STRUGGLE TOO.”

God has a plan and that plan is always better than ours. He begs to listen to you. To carry that weight for you and take on life with you. You are free. You just have to be willing to leave those worries at the door.

The inner pain you feel is as real and valid as any bloody wound or broken bone, and it’s okay to ask for help.
