What changed over the last three years is not the places or the people I have met along the way. What has changed, is me. What changed, is me finally putting myself first. What changed, is me deciding that I am worth it. That I deserve a happy life and a career that I adore. What changed, is the mindset of believing in myself again.
If this our only chance at life than I want to do all the things that make me happy. I want to do things out of my comfort zone, meet new people and make amazing new friends, I want to fall head over heels in love, because there are too many mediocre things in life, love shouldn’t be one of them. I want to feel content.
When you love yourself, you have a new found confidence that allows you to say whatever is on your mind. If you don’t agree with something, you say so. You won’t be afraid to tell your manager what you want or what you’d like to eventually do. You speak up for the raise you have been wanting. When you are interested in somebody, you tell them. When it comes to social games, you could care less. You say what
