Wellness means feeling in touch with your mind and your body. Wellness means seeking a positive relationship with yourself. Wellness means remembering to love yourself even when things are blue.
I suggested they not even try to change their diet, at least at first – I just wanted them to commit to taking a photo of their food and sending it to me, their coach.

The key difference between success and failure is enjoyment. The fundamental flaw with the approach of both the dieting and medical industries is the focus on willpower/restriction, the mantra “no pain, no gain.”
Get out of the routine. Following a routine is extremely convenient and difficult to escape.
