I used to exercise first thing in the morning. Not anymore. I’ve found that exercising first thing in the morning actually sucks my energy, leaving me with less than I started.
Now that I am a seasoned veteran to this imprisoning time of a shift five consecutive days of the week, here are the things I have come to despise about it.
1. Get up early. Even earlier than you’re used to. Walk through the dark to your first cup of coffee. Put your phone in your pocket and keep in there.
