Be an active Christian. Not a timid Christian. Not a passive Christian. Not a perfect Christian. But one who loves with everything you have because that is how our Father first loved us.
Seek wisdom, prayer, and support from trusted friends. Cry out to the Lord when you just can’t handle it anymore. He tells us so clearly in His word that He is near to the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
Know that no matter what happens next, you have a God who loves you. And there is nothing to fear.
Today, tomorrow, and the day after next, I’ve chosen to see the road ahead as a promise of hope. Of possibility. And I’m going to trust that path—wherever it may lead.
I will not let the worldly trials weaken me to the point that I forget the one who created me.

True faith is choosing to accept that there are things you might not understand, might not be able to witness, or go back in time and experience, but that doesn’t make them any less real.
I’m going to let you do your work, write your story, construct your plan. And instead of resisting, I’m going to surrender to you.
I wanted a high paying job without giving out effort. I asked for it, but God said no. He let me struggle. I asked why, but I received no reply.
