You Are Enough Just The Way You Are

You Are Enough Just The Way You Are

Anxiety. It’s the voice inside your head that tells you during all your best moments that you aren’t good enough. That you don’t deserve it. You aren’t worthy.

It’s the voice that tells you that no one will ever love you and you’ll never be the person that you want to be. It tells you that you are a failure, before you even try.

Don’t listen to that voice. Don’t listen to it tell you that you aren’t smart enough or pretty enough or skinny enough or happy enough. You are enough just the way you are at this exact moment. Don’t try to convince yourself otherwise. That voice that tells you that you will always feel like this is lying to you. Don’t listen to it when it tells you that you need to change in order to be something. Someone.

There is no one in this world who can make your best friend feel heard the way you do. There is no one else who loves like you do. Who tries like you do. Who dreams like you do. Who cares like you do. There is someone out there who wouldn’t have laughed at a joke until they cried because of you.

In your darkest moments, it can be impossible to remind yourself what you have to offer. I’m here to remind you that you are important to someone and there is someone out there who can’t live without you.

Healing isn’t going to come overnight, and it’s going to be an uphill battle some days. It’s going to be hard. But you deserve all the love and kindness you work so hard to give to others.

There is nothing more I wish for you than for you to let love in. More than that, love yourself. Love yourself so fiercely. So confidently. All the love and care and dedication you work so hard to give to others, I wish you would give it to yourself first. You deserve it.

There is no one like you out there. You are 1 in 7 billion. TC mark
