This Is What It Means To Be A Wild Woman

By

For the longest time, I was consuming spiritual literature and one enticing phrase would always have me stuck.

The “Wild Woman.”

Was I a wild woman? What does it take to be one and what does that even mean?

And after some years and some self-discovery–this is what I’ve found.

The more I understood vulnerability and self-love, the more I understood what it meant to be wild. Wild in the way you let yourself dance without judgment when the mood strikes you. Wild in the way you believe in your ability to achieve your most outrageous dreams. Wild in the way you let your heart beam forth into the world with no false walls dimming its light. You embrace every feeling, you embrace every “now.”

You gently move through the seasons of life knowing that everything unfolding is rooted in pure love and support.

I’ve learned that it’s in the subtle gentle habits of holding space for yourself. It’s in the moments you say no to things that aren’t a fuck yes. It’s in the risks you take, that you previously would’ve never had the courage. It’s in knowing that everyone’s journey is different and unconditionally beautiful. Stepping into love based authenticity was the doorway into my true wild self. Stripping everyone else perceptions of me and obligations. My wild self does not have time to conform because I am dancing in the moonlight to my own song.

They say the way you do one thing is the way you do everything. I think they’re right. So I invite you into this wild adventure of unapologetically saying yes to showing up fully! Be ruthless in the way you love this world because you are held in grace every step of the way. I invite you to construct gentle habits, to allow you to unfold into your most authentic wild self.
