If you might ask why I moved on, let me tell you…I moved on because I needed to, I moved on because I had to…there really is no point staying still, when there is no reason to hold on. There is so much good in the world to stay stagnant, useless and unhappy.
At one point you were someone who reminded me of how beautiful life can be; the next – you were someone who reminded me that life, really is not that fair.
I will not tell you that things will be easier along the way, because it won’t. I won’t tell you that you will never get hurt again, because you will. This is for sure though; Throughout life, when you go through it all…may it be rough or smooth, high or low… I will always be with you.
You are the reason I want to love again, the very one who makes me see love as a beautiful thing, that love is not scary. You are the poetry in my unfinished journal, and the story that I want to read forever.
I’m preparing myself to be the kind of person I am aspiring for. One can not offer a love much greater than the one he/she can conceive for herself. My question would be, how are you able to love and inspire others when you don’t have enough love and inspiration for yourself?
Every “wrong” person you encounter will be a key character to lead you to the right one. They will somehow become the passage that will lead you to see the right chap, created for you since day one. Not that the relationship had to fall apart, it’s just that you had to fall awake into reality.
Never let your heartbreak define you, because that measly event in your lifetime is nothing, compared to the greatness you are bound to achieve.
There won’t be any easy way out, and you have to understand that. You can just take one step at a time. Don’t wait until ‘you are ready’ to finally walk away, because you will never be ready.
You may have been broken, and you must’ve felt that way. Reality is that, you’re not — not at all. Maybe scratched, bent and wounded, but never broken. You were hurt, but you will heal.
More than anything else, being single is about being confident – confident to be able to stand on your own.
